Chaos
The word has just four letters, but the immediate thoughts that fly across one's mind is the state of panic, confusion and distortions the word signifies.
Ending of the world has been predicted by so many civilizations, but the true nature of the apocalypse has never been defined more accurately than the Holy books. The kind of plagues and tribulations mankind is due to face just gives me the goosebumps.
Consider this for measurement, the Tsunami we witnessed a few years ago caused such a havoc and widespread destruction in a few countries. Imagine if that chaos loomed over the entire population of earth, would we be safe. If we add the other tribulations due to come to the already chaotic Tsunami, we can definitely and literally relate to the term "meeting our maker"
How did we end up pushing mother nature to such a chaos? Why has man not learnt from his several mistakes over a period of 10,000 years? Why are we still thinking man made facilities which are pushing us down the spiral way of destructions worth the cost? These are a few questions that continue to haunt me.
Think about it, almost everyone of us recall how things were better just 20 years ago. I am pretty confident this was the same thought from each and every person born in that generation 20 years ago. Luxury is definitely a need but how can it dominate our most basic need of survival.
I close my post asking everyone to pass the message on to people they know if my message resonates with them. Save our planet. Save mother nature. Save yourselves.
